WHAT STEPS OR ACTIONS INCREASE THE BOTTOM LINE?

After researching the steps or actions that improve a company's bottom line more, the two that help more than others include Executive Coaching and Training.  In 2013 more "working employees" chose to change jobs in order to have an employer who provides growth and development opportunities.  Money was NOT the top reason for change.

Retaining and attracting good employees can be done by offering training and coaching.  Most employees want to learn new skills and get bored doing the same job over and over.

In addition, with training, employees will become more productive and learn how to avoid costly mistakes.  Experienced employees can relay good tips to newer employees, but some experienced employees only teach "bad habits" to new employees -- showing them shortcuts or how to get around regulations, etc.

Good Customer Service Training can enhance a good employee's natural capabilities and make them aware of a customer's body language or voice fluctuation, etc., making your employees more sensitive to customers and helping them find ways to improve the relationship.  With improved customer service, comes increased business.

Team Building can dramatically improve a workforce's productivity and efficiency.  This can save a company's overhead or increase profit.  Making a workforce aware of each others' strengths and weaknesses or how to better communicate with each other can definitely make a huge, positive impact.  With better teamwork, comes a more cooperative workforce, who will be more productive.

Leadership Training is not a luxury provision, but in order for your top management team to deliver the best from their workforces, they need to know how to motivate and manage their staff.  Good Leadership is not inherited, though some people may have a tendency toward leadership.  These skills are taught.  Without any of these types of support, your workforce may be fairly good at what they do, HOWEVER, with training and coaching, the best of their abilities will blossom and grow!!!  And so will your business.

Note as well, that by providing coaching and training, you will not only attract good talent, but you will retain that talent!  These efforts will relay to your workforce that you value your people!!!  This improves their self-confidence and make them want to be more respectful to you/employer.  A POSITIVE Work Environment will produce positive outcomes.
